The Story Behind Our Name
The name of our institute has a very special meaning.
It is a combination of the first names of our Director, Mr. Om Kumar Antil, and his beloved wife. For us, the name represents more than just an institute — it represents love, partnership, family and a shared dream.

Mr Om Kumar Antil
Visionary Director
Mr. Om Kumar Antil brings a lifetime of professional discipline and executive leadership to OmKanti Training Institute. Following a distinguished career, he transitioned his focus toward academic enrichment, motivated by a desire to uplift those entering the administrative healthcare space. His primary objective was to build a center of excellence that prioritizes practical, job-ready training over purely theoretical study.
As the strategic head of the institute, Mr. Antil maintains a rigorous standard of integrity and educational quality. He oversees the development of every student, ensuring the curriculum remains aligned with current industry expectations and professional ethics.
His guiding principle is that through high-caliber instruction and mentored growth, every individual can access top-tier career paths. Under his watch, OmKanti serves as a nurturing hub where technical proficiency and personal confidence are cultivated, preparing every graduate for a thriving future in the global healthcare market.
Meet our tutor: Miss Amrita
Miss Amrita, CPC, is an experienced healthcare professional with 12 years of overall healthcare experience, including 7 years of dedicated experience in medical coding.
She is a CPC-certified medical coding professional, having achieved her certification through self-study, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Her medical coding experience covers ICD-10-CM, CPT, medical terminology, clinical documentation, inpatient and outpatient coding, surgery, radiology, DRG coding and HCC coding. Her broader healthcare experience has also given her a strong understanding of clinical practice, healthcare systems and healthcare data.
Amrita holds a Master’s degree in Global Public Health with Data Science and a Master’s degree in Clinical Microbiology, bringing together clinical knowledge, healthcare experience and data expertise.
As a tutor, she focuses on making medical coding practical, clear and easy to understand. She believes in teaching students not only how to assign codes, but also how to understand clinical documentation, apply coding guidelines and develop the confidence needed in real-world coding situations.
Through the institute, Amrita provides medical coding training, CPC examination preparation, healthcare revenue cycle management guidance and career development support to aspiring medical coding professionals.
Her aim is to share her knowledge and practical experience with the next generation of medical coders and help students build the skills, confidence and professional foundation they need for a successful career in healthcare.
